Luke Perry's Fianceé Finally Reveals Her Thoughts after the Famous Actor's Tragic Death

Luke Perry’s fianceé has finally spoken up about him for the first after the star’s untimely demise.

Wendy Madison Bauer, who had been with Perry for over 10 years, has expressed her gratitude towards everyone for their “outpouring love and support” in a statement.

“I want to express my gratitude to everyone for the outpouring love and support,” Bauer said, further adding that the countless heartwarming stories of Luke’s generosity and kindness have been a “great source of solace during this difficult time.”

In her emotional statement, Bauer shared how the past 11 and a half years with Perry were the “happiest” of her life and she is grateful to have had that time with him.

She thanked his children, family, and friends for their love and support, stating that they have found “comfort in one another” during this tragic period through the knowledge that their lives were touched by an “extraordinary man”.

“He will be dearly missed,” she added.

Perry and Bauer kept their relationship private. However, the couple attended the GLAAD Media Awards together in 2017.

The couple got together after Perry split from his wife Minnie Sharp, with whom he shared 21-year-old son Jack and 18-year-old daughter Sophie.

Perry’s daughter Sophie took to Instagram on Tuesday to open up about her father’s demise.

“A lot has happened in this past week for me. Everything is happening so fast. I made it back from Malawi just in time to be here with my family, And in the past 24 hours I have received an overwhelming amount of love and support,” she wrote before expressing her gratitude towards the loving messages she received during the difficult period.

“I’m not really sure what to say or do in this situation, it’s something you aren’t ever given a lesson on how to handle, especially when it’s all happening in the public eye. So bear with me and know that I am grateful for all the love. Just, being grateful quietly,” Sophie wrote, as she poured her out in the heartwarming caption.

Five days after the star’s shocking death, his family, including his ex-wife and fianceé, came together to have dinner at Studio City, CA.

Reports say that the Riverdale star will be laid to rest in L.A. Forest Lawn Cemetery.
