Michael Jordan's Pregnant Daughter Can't Stop Sharing Beautiful Maternity Photos with Fiancé

Jasmine Jordan is basking in the glow of pregnancy, and she can’t stop sharing the lovely pics from her maternity shoot. The 26-year-old will be welcoming her first son with fiancé Rakeem Christmas anytime soon, and the expectant parents couldn’t be more excited.

Michael Jordan is one of the greatest NBA players of all time, and although he seems to have excelled in every aspect of his life so far, he’s now facing a new chapter: being a grandfather.

The All-Star’s eldest daughter, Jasmine Jordan, is pregnant with her first child, and she’s glowing with happiness in a set of maternity photos she recently shared on Instagram.

In the pics, Jasmine is wearing a body-hugging royal blue dress that featured a long tulle tail while posing on a roof terrace alongside her fiancé, Syracuse University former basketball player Rakeem Christmas.

“Can’t help but love my maternity photos and this man #MCE #illStopPostingThemEventually #BabyRMC,” Jasmine captioned one of the shots, where Rakeem is seen holding her baby bump while resting his forehead on hers, and she’s smiling in delight.

A FAIRYTALE LOVE STORY

The young couple met in 2011 on campus at Syracuse University, and although they started as friends, with time their relationship shifted to something more.

They got engaged in June 2018, and Jasmine revealed that her famous father was more than happy about welcoming Christmas on the family.

“They're almost like best friends, and it's kind of gross, but I'm happy that it was smooth sailing, and it's been great ever since,” she told InStyle last year.

Although they haven’t announced a wedding date yet, Jasmine and Rakeem skipped one step and surprised fans with their pregnancy announcement on Christmas day.

SHARING THE BIG NEWS

The expectant mom shared photos of a wrapped gift with the label “Baby Christmas” and another picture of a sonogram.

“Our Santa Baby,” she wrote. “#MerryChristmasEveryone #DeckTheHallsWereHavingABaby #TheChristmas’”

A few weeks later, on New Year’s Eve, Jasmine dedicated a heartfelt message for her unborn baby, stating that being a mom will give her a new purpose in life and melting hearts saying:

“You’ll learn so much about us, about love, about faith, about strength, about life as a whole as we raise you. Just know that 2019 has already become my favorite year for the mere fact that becoming your mom will give me the greatest purpose in life.”

THE SURPRISE BABY SHOWER

Last month, Jasmine and Rakeem also shared pics from a surprise library-themed baby shower that Jasmine’s mother and friends organized for them in Chicago.

Jordan referred to the event as “one of the greatest surprises in my life!” and mentioned that, besides seeing her family, the best of the party was receiving several books by distinct black authors to share with her baby boy.

“I look forward to reading each book to and with my little man where the characters illustrated within them look like him,” she wrote.

Jasmine is Michael Jordan’s only daughter with ex-wife Juanita Vanoy. She has two older brothers, Jeffrey, 30, and Marcus, 28; and two younger twin sisters Victoria and Ysabel, whom Jordan shares with current wife, Yvette Prieto.
