Mama June Shannon Shows off Her Yoga Workout on the Beach
Reality TV star, Mama June, was recently spotted doing yoga on a Florida beach. The mother of two looked like she was enjoying the outdoor atmosphere as she tried to stay fit.
Following the re-opening of beaches in some parts of the United States, reality TV star Mama June Shannon was recently seen engaging in a fitness activity at a Florida beach.
An Instagram post that June shared showed her doing yoga on a black mat laid on the beach sand. The 40-year-old struck a Namaste pose, wearing a black T-shirt and a pair of floral pants as she looked out to the sea.
Shannon was pictured with musician Adam Barta who struck a similar pose while still maintaining the social distancing guidelines that prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The photo saw Adam sporting colorful Yoga pants, which he paired with a black top. The singer was also barefoot, just like June. While sharing the photo, June wrote a caption which read,
"Namaste ?♂️"
Shannon's post stirred up reactions from fans who quickly flooded the post with comments about the picture. While one user wrote, "Keep working on YOU June. #StayStrong, " another sweetly added, "Yes Mama June!! Get it, girl??." Several other fans also left supportive notes for the reality TV star.
June, who has been in the news since 2019 when she was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, seems to have more problems for her.
During an exclusive excerpt of an episode from "Mama June: From Not to Hot: Family Crisis," a friend of the reality TV star revealed that Shannon was owing some dangerous people money. He said:
"I just heard through the grapevine that she owes the wrong people a lot of [expletive] money."
As at the time of June's arrest last year, she was arrested alongside her boyfriend, Eugene Edward "Geno" Doak who was charged with third-degree domestic violence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Following June's arrest, her 20-year-old daughter Lauryn "Pumpkin" Shannon, became the legal guardian of her 14-year-old daughter Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson.

This put a strain between Shannon and her daughters, but according to sources, the reality TV star is turning her life around for herself and, most importantly, for her two daughters.
