Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton, who became engaged on October 27, 2020, are happier than ever living in their new home in the Encino neighborhood.

Stefani and Shelton bought the 13,000-square-foot property for $13.2 million in May, as reported by Dirt. The mansion is located in Los Angeles' San Fernando Valley.

According to Variety, the house was built by renowned developer Evan Gaskin. It has three floors, a motor court, a four-car garage, and a home theater.

The property also boasts a big kitchen, an extensive backyard pool, and an outdoor kitchen. Stefani and Shelton's new home is one of the most private in all of Encino.

Meanwhile, a source said that Stefani has a glam closet in her home any woman would love to have. Shelton's wardrobe is not so shabby either, the source added.

The source went on to share that the property has ample space for Stefani's three sons, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo, to play. The singer shares the kids with her ex-husband, Gavin Rossdale.

According to reports, the couple's new mansion is invisible from the street due to the large gates for privacy, and it also has a hilltop view of the valley and skyline.

As a couple, Stefani and Shelton split their time between Stefani's L.A. house and Shelton's ranch in Oklahoma. And now the pair have a place of their own together.

Stefani and Shelton began dating in November 2015. The two struck up a romantic relationship while serving as co-judges on "The Voice." Shelton has had two failed marriages.

In 2003, the country singer tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend named Kaynette Gern. However, they ended their relationship three years later. Shelton then married singer Miranda Lambert in 2011. They divorced in 2015.

Meanwhile, Stefani and her ex-husband, British rock musician Rossdale, divorced in April 2016 after 14 years of marriage. Before Rossdale, Stefani was dating her No Doubt bandmate, Tony Kanal.

Stefani and Shelton announced their engagement via social media on October 27, 2020. Meanwhile, for the nineteenth season of "The Voice," the "Don't Speak" singer returned to the coaching panel.

In a recent candid interview, Shelton opened up about having Stefani, who has won three Grammy Awards, along with him on the hit singing competition television series.
