Heather Rae Young Celebrates Bridal Shower in Style - Inside the Glamorous Event

The “Selling Sunset” star was “showered with so much love” by her friends and family at her bridal shower and looked incredibly daring in her gorgeous attire for the ladies-only affair.

Heather Rae Young is a bride-to-be, and with her upcoming big day around the corner, she decided first to celebrate being an unmarried woman. Taking to Instagram on Monday, August 30, the actress gave fans a glimpse into the special event.

The 33-year-old shared snaps from the shower and penned a lengthy post expressing gratitude to her loved ones, including her fiancé Tarek EI Moussa.

THE BRIDAL SHOWER

"The first photo describes my mood for the entire day," she said of a solo shot of her dressed up in an off-white feathered cocktail dress with a beaded corset top while holding a glass of champagne laughing, and she continued:

“I am so beyond blessed to have been showered with so much love at my bridal shower and to have to share this with friends and family.”

Young added that she could not have asked for a better day and thanked her love for surprising her with the most beautiful bracelet that she has ever seen.

She hinted at being overwhelmed with so many blessings and shared that being grateful is an understatement and that she is looking forward to their wedding day.

Both Young and EI Moussa's mothers were in attendance and gathered along with friends and family at Fig & Olive in Newport Beach to celebrate the occasion on Saturday.

Young's "Selling Sunset" co-stars were also present, including Amanza Smith, Tina Louse, Mary Fitzgerald, Maya Vander, and Chrishell Stause.

"The Internship" star's rep confirmed to People and revealed that it was a fun and sexy ladies-only celebration over lots of champagne.

The party décor was feminine and chic, with pink and white accents and florals throughout. The tablescapes featured pink candles, butterfly-shaped place cards, bouquets, pale pink plates, and stemware with gold edges for decoration.

The menu consisted of three vegan courses and pink champagne – which Young popped to kick off the party, pouring it into the top of the tower of coupe glasses.

HICCUP DURING THE WEDDING PLANS

As for their wedding plans, earlier this month, Young revealed that she and the 40-year-old HGTV star altogether scrapped their original ceremonial plans and started over.

The lovebirds shared the news on social media alongside a selfie of them with Young writing that she and Tarek hired a wedding planner, sent out their invites, and then changed their minds after rethinking some things and eventually started from scratch.

The California native added her future husband saw how stressed she was with the preparations; therefore, they jointly decided to go in a different direction with the wedding planner, hired a new one, changed their wedding location, and sent new save-out dates.

The couple could not be happier with their new direction as their vision for their special day is coming together. Young and EI Moussa got engaged in July 2021, following one year of dating.
