Angie Harmon shocked fans with bikini body while celebrating 46th birthday

Last Friday actress Angie Harmon celebrated her birthday. She and her family took to the beach-side to celebrate her big day.


On images she shared on Instagram, the star showed off her toned body. She also revealed how fit she was while standing on top of her boyfriend in one photo.

“Rizzoli and Isles” and “Law and Order” star, Angie Harmon, 46, appears to be ageing backwards. She celebrated her birthday last week by showcasing her incredible bikini body during a beach getaway with her family.

Harmon posted a number of pictures on Instagram that revealed all the fun she had. She was lovingly surrounded by her children, her boyfriend and his children.

The actress was joined by her daughters Finley, 14, Avery, 13, and Emery, 9. Her boyfriend Greg Vaughan and his sons Jathan, 11, Cavan, 8, and Landan, 6, also made it.

The big group is what made her use the "Brady Bunch" nickname as a hashtag. Her children are with former husband and NFL star Jason Sehorn.


Her stunning body had tongues wagging in the comments section of her post. The star has been quite open about her healthy diet but shared that she doesn’t have a specific workout routine.

According to New Beauty in 2016, Harmon said her fitness regimen consisted of “running to the gate at the airport.”

She added, “I do have a very healthy diet and try to be mostly sugar-free, and now I’m also trying to be gluten-free.”


However, Harmon confessed that after giving birth to her third daughter, she struggled a bit to lose the baby weight.

“I’ve had to actually work out and drink a ton of water and be conscientious of what I eat and things like that, where I didn’t have to before,” she told People in 2010.

At the time, the star managed to get her cardio by biking and walking. She also joked that she lifted “children” instead of weights.
