Haitian-American actress Garcelle Beauvais, best known for the crime drama “NYPD Blue,” took to Instagram to share a photo posing next to her twin children.
In the post, the actress appeared posing between her almost-11-year-old sons Jax and Jaid Nilon wearing black high heels, dark pants, and a multi-colored blouse. The boys wore more casual outfits with blue jeans and sweatpants.
For the caption, Garcelle pointed out that her twins were the best dates ever and that they were at the “Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween” premiere, which took place at the Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California.
As soon as she uploaded that image, her followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts. One of them was Instagram user @dess_redhead, who pointed out that Garcelle’s children were getting quite tall.
Garcelle admitted that scariest part of her pregnancy was realizing that she weighed 172 pounds, more than her then-husband, Michael Nilon, reported People. She considered that it was not sexy at all because “he’s a man!”
After giving birth, she knew she had to do something to get thin again, but she also wanted her body to heal. Instead of going back to the gym, she signed up for a low-carb delivery service that Sunfare provided, so she was limited to about 1,200 calories a day.
Unfortunately, almost three years after Garcelle welcomed her twins, she discovered that her ex-husband of nine years was having an extramarital affair with a woman from Chicago for the last five years.
The actress sent an email to her husband’s colleagues asking them what Tiger Woods, Jesse James, and Mike Nilon (her husband) had in common. The answer was that they all cheated on their wives and ruined their relationship.
On Will Smith’s birthday, Garcelle uploaded a photo to Twitter showing both celebrities sharing a kiss during a scene of the film “Wild Wild West.” In the caption, she wrote: “A birthday kiss for the birthday boy.”
Unfortunately, people considered it was an offensive action, so they started sending backlash to Garcelle. She ultimately deleted the post and tweeted an apology.
