The American actor is also a father to an adorable baby boy, and the tot is a big part of his life, even when he has to work.
Omari Hardwick and his wife of 6 years, Jennifer Pfautch, are parents to two children: a daughter named Nova, and a son named Brave. The couple are loving devoted to their children and each other, and share plenty of photos to prove it.
Hardwick is African-American and Pfautch is white, and the couple have often spoken about their relationship in a way that celebrates interracial love and the historic court case that ultimately legalized their relationship so many years later.
Despite their love and the strength of their relationship, they often face hatred from people who don't like seeing them together.
On one photo of the couple, a fan wrote: “Love you ghost … you lost points for marrying white…but we still got you.” Omari was quick to respond with, “I’d prefer you not to have me. You just lost all points with me. Good luck in life.”
Another fan called Pfautch "ugly" and "masculine."
Hardwick proved that he will not tolerate any racial hatred towards his wife, but that post was later deleted.
They tied the knot in 2012, and have showed no signs of slowing down their loving relationship.
The couple are also proud parents, sharing plenty of photos of their little ones to their social media.
A recent photo shared by Hardwick shows him holding Brave while he's in the recording studio. The sweet tot seems to be sleeping against his dad's neck while the artist records.
Hardwick was wearing a grey beanie and a light grey shirt, and held onto his son like his life depended on it.
"Best way to record....." Hardwick wrote in the caption.
The father-son duo raked in over 100,000 likes in just one day.
