Kate Beckinsale proves that she is a timeless beauty

English actress Kate Beckinsale has been dazzling movie audiences since the 90s, but you wouldn't think of it, from her stunning, ageless looks.

The British import moved to the States in 1998, and she started working regularly in Hollywood movies, doing parts in romantic comedies and period films.

Her big break came in 2003 when she was cast as Camilla, a vampire, in "Underworld". The film became a box office hit and acquired a cult following, and Beckinsale became a headliner.

Now, Beckinsale, 45, startled fans by publishing a photo of herself at 17 on her Instagram account, and she looks exactly the same.

"I know old headshots day has passed .... I didn’t have headshots but my stepdad kicked this whole thing off taking this slightly ambivalent picture of me aged 17"

In the photograph, a shy and demure Beckinsale shows off that classic beauty and elegance that would become her trademark.

The photo was taken originally by her stepfather and became her headshot at the beginning of her acting career.

In her throwback photo, Beckinsale has her hair styled in a typical 90s fashion and is wearing a dark heavy jacket that accentuates her fragile beauty.

The now-famous actress celebrated her 45th birthday last month with her daughter Lily, and ex-boyfriend Michael Sheen in a very unusual way, doing goat yoga.

Beckinsale had an eight-year relationship with actor Michael Sheen from 1995 until 2003, and their daughter was born in London in 1999.

She considers Sheen to be her closest friend and the relationship ended when Beckinsale met director Len Wiseman on the set of "Underworld".

Beckinsale and Wiseman fell in love and married in 2004 in Bel-Air, California.

Beckinsale and Wiseman announced their separation in 2015, and their divorce was finalized in 2016.

Since then the lovely actress has been resolutely single.
