The Gosselin twins turn 18 and here's what they look like now

Madelyn and Cara Gosselin were introduced to the world at the timid age of seven years old. Now, they're somehow already 18 and things are totally different.

The two girls first appeared in 2007 on TLC's hit show "Jon and Kate Plus Eight." Now, they're already 18. Mother Kate used Instagram to wish the girls a happy birthday.

In fact, the girls are just about ready to go to college. Kate is having a challenging time about it.

"It's the day I have feared since they were born. To think that when the little kids are in college and my house is empty? I can't fathom it."

Both of their parents' social media congratulations seemed heartfelt and genuine.

Meanwhile, Jon and Kate both gave us deep insight into their sentiments and commented on their respective Instagram uploads.

Regardless of the girls' age, which is still quite young, the pair knows how important it is that the love they show their kids is most important.

In another Instance, Jon took a photograph with 14-year-old Collin Gosselin who is a student at a separate, special school his parents sent him to.

Jon also included Hanna in his celebrations:

“Glad I could celebrate my son Collin’s 14th birthday with him and his sister!”

Jon also made time to spend with Hannah. And back in September 2018, Jon made sure his daughter was with him rather than his mother for her first day back at school.

Jon, 41, had previously claimed that Hannah was under his full custody no matter what anyone said about it.

The pictures he shared clarified matters but some confusion remained for many.

Jon's ex-wife Kate, however, had also celebrated the special day along with six others in the clan. They wore uniforms as they smiled for the camera.
