Marjorie Harvey, 54, & daughter Morgan, 31, flaunt their twerking skills in recent pic

Marjorie Harvey, the wife of host and comedian Steve Harvey, took to Instagram to share a photo of her and her daughter twerking next to two members of their family.

In the post, Marjorie appeared wearing a multi-colored dress while dancing in front of one of her daughters, Morgan Hawthorne, who put on a dark blue ensemble. A couple of feet away from them, Lori Harvey was dancing with Elle, Morgan’s daughter.

Apart from the obvious fun time that the adults were having, one of the aspects that attracted a lot of attention was that Elle also seemed to be having a good time on her grandmother’s 54th birthday.

PEOPLE’S REACTION

For the caption, Marjorie wrote: “mid-twerk with the baby,” followed by the hashtag birthday behavior. As soon as she uploaded that picture, her followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts.

Some of them took their time to wish Marjorie a happy birthday, adding that three-year-old Elle was growing up to be “quite a young lady,” and that they all looked like a wonderful family having a great time together.

MARJORIE AND STEVE’S RELATIONSHIP

Even though Steve was not in the picture, the couple was very likely to get together to celebrate the birthday in the best possible way. They have shared the way they met each other several times, and it is so romantic that people can’t get over it.

LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT

It was during a show Steve did in the 90s at the Memphis Comedy Club. As soon as he saw Marjorie walking in, he said: “I don’t know who you are, lady. but I’m gonna marry you one day [sic].”

Even though it was love at first sight, they didn’t start a relationship right away as Steve was not settled career nor financially-wise. Thankfully, they met again in 2005 and tied the knot a couple of years later. They have been together ever since.

SURPRISE GIFT

Steve’s present on his wife’s birthday was one of a kind. He escorted her in a blindfold to their backyard to be greeted by a life-sized inflatable game of bubble soccer.

The photos shared on Marjorie’s Instagram showed several members of the family playing and having a wonderful time with Steve’s present.
