Mother-of-two Rachel Krebs has shed 100 pounds thanks to a realization that changed her life forever.

After giving birth to two of her kids, she weighed a total of 229 pounds with a body mass index of 47.1, putting her in the morbidly obese category of the weighing scale. While she was going about her own business, she found a photo of herself in her friend's wedding where she looked way overweight.

The 32-year-old then put her foot down and said that enough was enough. She made sure to change her lifestyle and cut off all the processed food and alcohol that were adding to her post-pregnancy bodyweight. Instead, she opted for a more organic and healthy lifestyle, purchasing products from Isagenix which was used to supplement her fitness regimen that included working out three to six times a week.

To motivate her, not only did she think of the different activities she could do with her two children as motivation, but also her dream of becoming a regular at figure competitions.

Now, she has dropped to an amazing 129 pounds, with only 16 percent body fat. Rachel also competes in different figure competitions and has never ranked lower than the top 5 since then. Realizing that she's also done quite a good job for herself, she's used her experience to train others in hopes of helping them as well.

"I wanted to be the mom who could run after her kids and do cartwheels, not stuck in a recliner too tired to do anything."

Her fitness transformation has done wonders not just for the physically active things she does, but also for her mental health. Since then, Rachel has had a boost in confidence and it has helped her in many ways.

"I was so proud of how far I've come, from a place where I was obese and depressed, to feeling like an athlete and someone who is proud to be a role model for my kids. I never could have imagined this transformation, if someone would have told me, I would have laughed."
