Sylvester Stallone won't be charged in an almost 30-year-old sexual assault case

In December 2017 an unnamed woman made allegations of rape against Sylvester Stallone, but due to contradicting claims and insufficient evidence no charges will be made.

The woman filed a report with Santa Monica police in 2017 accusing Stallone of raping her during a meeting in 1990 at Stallone’s office. Even though the 10-year statute of limitations had expired authorities investigated but found no evidence supporting her claim.

No witnesses were able to corroborate her claims and although Stallone admitted that he knew the woman stating that they spent three days together in 1987 while working on a movie in Israel, he vehemently denied any claims of sexual misconduct that allegedly happened three years after.

The film Stallone referred to was Rambo III which in part got filmed in Jaffa, near Tel Aviv. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office determined insufficient evidence and Stallone will not be charged or arrested.

The movie Rambo was just one of many things Sylvester Stallone became known for. Literally born looking tough due to the forceps used to drag him screaming into the world on July 6, 1946, it severed the facial nerves in his eyelid and lips, ‘gifting’ the star with his famous sneer.

Dreaming of being a hero when he was young, Stallone used to wear a superhero costume under his school uniform and even once tried to fly out his bedroom window, and broke his collarbone in the process.

Stallone got expelled from 14 schools but his mum, Jackie, managed to get him into a US college in Switzerland and with being bullied at school Stallone decided to get into bodybuilding.

He always tackled matters head on and did the same with his fears and used opportunities like filming ‘Cliffhanger’ to conquer his fear of heights and similarly tackled his claustrophobia by while shooting ‘Daylight.’

With 30 award nominations and winning 10, including four worst actor awards, and specially created Worst Actor of the Century award, Stallone is none the less one of the most award-laden stars of our lifetime.

With his wife Jennifer Flavin, he has three beautiful girls, Scarlet, 16, Sistine, 20, and Sophia, 22. All three girls had previously been declared as Miss Golden Globe at the 74th Golden Globe Awards and were the official ambassadors of the awards show, giving trophies to the winners.

The trio is also making a name for themselves as professional models while staying in school. Dad, Stallone had been there for them since the beginning and guided them on how to remain grounded in the entertainment industry.
