Kim Kardashian West flaunted a diamond ring similar to the one she lost in Paris. The look was part of her Christmas photos.

The reality star posted a group of family photos taken during their celebrations on Wednesday. She shared the pictures on her Instagram account.

Kim was dressed in a long white gown that showed off her busty cleavage. Her husband, Kanye West, wore a daring black ensemble. The photos are found below.

Their children, North, five, Saint, three, and Chicago, 11 months, all matched their father wearing black outfits. The last picture showed Kim and Kanye pretending to be asleep and leaning on a white tree.

Kim accessorized with something that stood out amidst the white Christmas tree background. The media and fans were quick to point it out.

A giant diamond ring was clearly visible on her left hand. The sparkling piece looked quite like the 15-carat engagement ring she lost in Paris.

Back in 2013, robbers broke into Kim's hotel room and stole the ring. It's estimated cost was $4 million dollars.

Since that time, the star has cut down tremendously on wearing extravagant jewels. She has amped up her house security where she also no longer keeps expensive items.

Exceptions have been few and far between. Most recently, Kim wore a Tiffany & Co., diamond set to the Tiffany Blue Book Collection in October 2018.

She explained on her Instagram story that the items were only borrowed. She also mentioned how she had increased her security for the night.

She said:

“Look at these jewels I get to borrow for the night — I have security with me and they [the jewels] leave me after the night. I turn into Cinderella.”

In an April 2017 segment of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," Kim spoke about the effect of the Paris robbery.

She told DeGeneres:

“It was probably no secret, you see it on the show — me being flashy — but I was definitely materialistic before. Not that there’s anything bad about having things and working hard to get those things — and I’m really proud of everyone that’s around me that’s successful.

She continued:

"But I’m so happy that my kids get this me. And that this is who is raising my kids. Because I just don’t care about that stuff anymore, I really don’t.”

And later added:

“I know this sounds crazy, but I know that was meant to happen to me. I don’t want to start crying, but … I’m such a different person. I really feel like things happen in your life to teach you things.”

Kim's engagement ring is high on the list of the most expensive pieces among her fellow celebrities. Paris Hilton's ring from Chris Zylka also clocked in at $2 million in January 2018.

In 2012, Blake Lively received a $2 million 12-carat band from Ryan Reynolds. Jay-Z went over the top with a $5 million 18-carat ring when he proposed to Beyoncé in 2008.

It's unclear as to whether or not Kim's ring was retrieved. But the Christmas bash on Wednesday was certainly unlike anything the family has seen.

The family partied in a winter wonderland alongside Kim's sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner. Several A-listers were also in attendance.

Mindy Weiss reportedly organized the decor for the party which consisted of tons of fake snow in the yard. This was estimated to cost $350,000 according to Ashley Greer, owner of Atelier Ashley Flowers.

An $80,000 sledding hill and $50,000 for tented dance floors also gave the family memorable times. Having John Legend perform Christmas songs would have tallied about $500,000.

Don't forget the $200,000 forest of white trees that littered the home, or the $80-100,000 bar tab. The grand affair will certainly be revisited down memory lane for years to come.
