Sharon Osbourne once revealed her biggest regret was letting her then-teenage daughter Aimee move out of the house at 16 because they were filming a reality TV show at home.

Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne are parents to three children: Aimee, Kelly, and Jack. Sharon and the rest of her family grew up under the spotlight, but this was something her daughter Aimee did not enjoy at all.

In fact, filming "The Osbournes" at home was unbearable for her, and it caused her to move out of the house. This is the reason why fans of the Osbournes only saw Kelly and Jack in the reality TV show, with some even surprised that they had an older daughter.

Even in more recent times, only Kelly and Jack Osbourne join their parents at red carpet events. Kelly went on to become a TV personality herself, working on several shows like "Fashion Police," "Australia's Got Talent," "Project Runway Junior," and more recently, "The Masked Singer."

Meanwhile, Jack is a doting family man, having married Lisa Stelly in 2012. They got divorced in 2018, but together they share three children named Pearl, Andy Rose, and Minnie.

During a November 2018 episode of "The Talk," which has been removed from YouTube, Sharon Osbourne said she regretted allowing her eldest daughter Aimee, then 16, to move out of the family home during the filming of “The Osbournes.”

"The Osbournes" aired from 2002 to 2005, and at the time, her daughter just did not feel comfortable sharing her entire life with the public. While they seemed like such a close-knit family on the show, it came at the expense of leaving behind her daughter, who didn’t want the attention.

The former talk show host opened up about how the experience affected her, saying that after Aimee left at 16, Sharon regretted every day that her firstborn wasn't with them.

She acknowledged that while her daughter was happy, her heart was broken. Sharon added:

“She felt too that she didn’t want to grow up on camera. She hated the idea. It was appalling to her."

Ultimately, the reality TV show captured the lives of Sharon, Ozzy, Jack, and Kelly Osbourne over 52 episodes. While Aimee opted out of the show, she actually went on to pursue her own career in the entertainment industry.

She is a singer for the band ARO, with a song called "Raining Gold," which has over 2.5 million views on YouTube. Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, she was also rushed to the hospital, where she had to have her appendix removed.

In more recent years, Sharon and Aimee have been spotted out and about together multiple times. The TV personality previously admitted that she regretted not spending more time with her eldest daughter while filming "The Osbournes," so they are definitely making up for the lost time.
