Woman Sheds over 170 Pounds and She Looks like a Completely Different Person

Kaylee Bonnet shares amazing images of her weight loss journey; her photos display incredible changes in her body parts. Bonnet’s Instagram page speaks volumes about the level of hard work the young lady puts into keeping her body healthy and toned.

Every part of her that underwent the fitness process comes across as amazing, but the most captivating of all is her face. The 5ft 9inches Lady used to weigh 481 pounds. 

Kaylee recurs the emotional trauma she suffered while she was overweight. Bonnet said as she gave her reasons for why she stopped leaving the house at a point:

“Kids and adults [would] say awful things to me in public and give me dirty looks like I was a circus animal, I was constantly on the defense,"

Bonnet, 24, who has been overweight for as long as she remembers weighed 300 pounds back in high school. At the time, she was stigmatized and a lot of her peers dissociated from her. It was indeed a traumatic experience as Kaylee explained that daily living became a “struggle.” She said:

“Day to day, life was a constant struggle, from worrying about if I'll fit in this chair or if the chair will hold me, to trying to look nice and hoping that getting from point A to B doesn't make me sweat my hair and makeup off, I was constantly on the defense." 

Her health took a bad turn when in her mid-20s, Bonnet discovered she had become prone to diabetes. Her doctors warned her of running the risk of suffering a stroke or getting a heart attack if she did not keep her weight in check. She explained:

“I didn't want to die,”  you don't get to go through life being 481 pounds,"

After deciding to undergo gastric surgery, Bonnet was instructed by her doctor to lose 30 to 40 pounds before the operation. This became the beginning of her weight loss journey. Having achieved a 169 pounds weight loss, Kaylee revels in her applaudable achievement. She said:

“The weight loss has truly changed my life, I'm actually living life, which I wasn't [doing] before."

Achieving weight loss is possible but an uneasy task, it takes determination and discipline as it requires a lot of cutting back on food types. Here are three fast ways of getting desired weight loss;

  1. Cut back on starch and sugar intake 
  2. Meals should contain protein, low carb vegetables, and a fat source 
  3. Exercising comes into play as one is advised to lift weights three times per week.

The above outline will help in reducing appetite, improve metabolic health and help with significant weight loss without hunger.
