Olivia Newton-John's daughter succeeded in transforming herself into a real-life doll, but the journey was not without regrets.

Four-time Grammy Awards winner, Olivia Newton-John, gave birth to a daughter, Chloe Lattanzi, during her second marriage.

Lattanzi grew up to follow her mother's footsteps into Hollywood, but beyond the life of glitz and glam that the world of show business offers, the only child of the award-winning singer discovered that she loved something else — cosmetic surgery.

The singer-actress then went on a mission to transform herself into a living doll. She started the journey at 18 with breast augmentation surgery in Australia and face and lip fillers.

Over the years, the 33-year-old underwent more procedures, including Botox and additional breast surgery, and with these, her dream of having a Barbie-doll body came alive.

The actress does not only have an ample bust; she has porcelain skin and dyed her hair from brunette to blonde to achieve the look. The best part is that while a lot of celebs find it hard to admit to getting cosmetic surgery, Lattanzi is very open about it.

In 2017, it was reported that she had spent about $500,000 on her surgical procedures, and the singer came out to debunk it. The "You Have To Believe" singer admitted to having work done to her body, but failed to comment on the exact amount she has spent.

In an interview, she revealed that all her procedures had not been successful. Lattanzi told the news outlet that the breast augmentation she got at 18 left her looking mutilated and ridiculous.

Although she regretted it, the Los Angeles resident did not get it fixed until 2016; the actress also took out the fillers in her face and lips — she now uses a home-suction technique for her full lips.

The actress also said that her mother supports her decisions to go under the knife as the 70-year-old knew she was depressed with how she looked. Lattanzi loves her body and shows it off all time.

In a Twitter post, she wrote,

"Live your life as you please; don't let haters change who you are."

However, despite her love for cosmetic surgery, the actress will never remove any part of her anatomy, and she credits her slim waist to waist trainers and exercise.

The "Rock The Cradle" star also had a thing for drugs and alcohol, and in 2013, she spent months in a rehab facility in L.A.

She also battles with an eating disorder, and in an interview with "Daily Mail," the singer said her struggle with anxiety is the reason for her addictions and destructive lifestyle.

Lattanzi has managed to stay sober ever since, and she moved to Oregon with her fiancé, James Driskill, to start a marijuana farm.
