Matt Roloff Reunites with His Two Sons for Father's Day in an Adorable New Photo
Little People, Big World has become one of the favorite television series for millions of people over the years, and it is all because we can’t have enough of the Roloff family.
Even though the family has changed a lot in the last few years, there is always a moment to get together again and share some quality time. Father's day was the perfect occasion to share again as a family and Matt could not miss it.
The patriarch of the Roloff family decided to celebrate Father's day with his sons Jacob and Zach, and he also shared a sweet photo in which he appears with a large part of his family.
HE DEDICATED THE POST TO ALL PARENTS
And although he could not see his own father, he was happy to have been able to enjoy that day with his fiancee Caryn Chandler and her parents.
“Had a wonderful Father’s Day. Thank you @carynchandler1 for hosting a great dad kinda celebration,” Matt thanked his girlfriend.
“Happy Father’s Day to Jeremy (who’s in Bend Or) and my dad Ron in California and Caryn’s dad Roger. Happy father’s day to all the dads out in daddy land!!!” he added, shouting out to those he missed.
THE GHOST OF MATT AND AMY’S MARRIAGE
After 27 years of marriage, Matt and Amy Roloff decided to separate in 2015. The two share four children, namely Molly, Jacob, and twins Jeremy and Zach.
Since their divorce, they both found love again - Matt is dating the former Roloff Farm manager Chandler, and Amy has a boyfriend, Chris Marek - but that has not kept them from expressing what they felt when their marriage collapsed.
During an episode of "Little People, Big World", Matt talked about how his compatibility with Caryn is very different from what he had with Amy.
Matt and Caryn had known each other for years, long before they started dating, because Caryn worked with the family, and at one point was supposedly on good terms with Amy.
On the other hand, Amy felt that Matt's obligations at the farm were the big reason why his marriage went down.
And despite they divorced a few years ago now, the farm is still going on the same business. Matt recently made clear that the farm will be open for pumpkin season this year as usual.
NO PATIENCE FOR NEGATIVE COMMENTS
After all the time that has passed since his divorce from Amy, Matt still is the target of attacks from fans of the reality TV series about his family, but he has made clear that he is not going to tolerate “mean-spirited comments” on social media.
Matt is trying to do things right in his new relationship, making efforts to make his girlfriend get along with his children from his previous marriage, but some believe he wasn’t as nice to his former wife.
When Matt recently took Chandler to visit his daughter Molly and his son-in-law Joel at their new home in Spokane, Washington, there was a follower who attempted to shame Matt for not having been the best husband to Amy.
"Had you treated Amy the way you treat Caryn, maybe your marriage wouldn’t have hit the rocks," the user accused Matt.
He wasn’t going to allow this, so he was quick to reply, "If only you knew! Unfortunately, I’m not one to talk negative about anyone… especially the mother of my children… but if you had more facts that are missing, you would see an entirely different thing."
