Leslie Mann’s Daughter Iris Responds after She Mentions a Mistake in the Teen’s Makeup

Actress, Leslie Mann was at the receiving end of a clap back on Instagram from her daughter, Iris Apatow. The 47-year-old criticized Iris’ makeup in a photo she posted, but her daughter couldn’t resist shading her mom.

16-year-old Iris Apatow recently posted a picture of herself and her older sister, Maude Apatow. Seeing the post, Iris’s mom, Leslie, commented and criticized her teenage daughter’s look.

However, Iris wouldn’t let things go and proceeded to teach her mother an Instagram lesson with a classic clap back.

Iris’s post featured her and her sister, Maude, looking all sweet as they posed for the camera. Iris wore a white top, while Maude wore a black and white patterned dress. The girls wore red lipsticks and smiled warmly. Iris’s caption of the post read:

“Go watch mud on @colbertlateshow!”

The comment section was filled with dozens of commenters admiring the girls’ look. One of the commenters was Leslie Mann, but she chose not to complement either of her daughters’ good looks, instead choosing to point out a flaw in Iris’s makeup.

LESLIE MANN’S COMMENT AND IRIS’S STUNNING REPLY

Leslie’s comment read:

“Under eye concealer too light mom.”

Her comment, which she signed off with a kiss, though casual, elicited a stunning clap back from Iris. Replying to her mom’s comment, Iris wrote:

“A text would’ve been nice.”

The reply from the teen showed that she didn’t like how her mom corrected her in public. Another comment to which Iris replied to came from Courtney Cox’s daughter, Coco Arquette, who said that Iris looked well-rested in the picture. Iris responded by saying, “SHUT UP HAHA.”

LESLIE’S RELATIONSHIP WITH HER DAUGHTERS

Leslie opened up about her relationship with her daughters in an Interview with “US Weekly.” She revealed that her daughters, Iris and Maude always go to each other for fashion and beauty tips.

She also said she asks their opinions, and they did the same. However, the mother of two revealed that Iris doesn’t care what she has to say, while Maude cares a little more. On her part, Leslie takes the advice of both her daughters, and it works that way.

Leslie shares her two daughters with her husband, Judd Apatow. They have been married for twenty-two years.
