Serena Williams & Daughter Olympia Dance to 'Tangled' Song 'I Got a Dream'

Serena Williams is showing that she’s not just an ace tennis player. She’s also got some pristine dancing skills.

Earlier this week, the 23-time Grand Slam winner took to Instagram to share a video of herself and her daughter, Olympia, dancing.

The clip showed mother and daughter in a living room. Both put their happy faces on as they dance to "I’ve Got a Dream," an original soundtrack from Disney’s 2010 animated movie "Tangled."

Olympia looks every bit the princess in the video, as she struts in a pink tutu. Serena, however, looks amazing as ever in a white tank top and grey leggings.

Serena appeared to have the entire routine ready to go, as she pulled off some impressive dance moves. Olympia, however, couldn’t be bothered. The 2-year-old jumps from place to place instead. Serena captioned the video:

“A Serena Williams and @OlympiaOhanian Production. ? “I have a dream” from Tangled.?”

Serena and Olympia have cut quite the cute mother-daughter duo on several occasions. It’s pretty safe to say that we can add this gem to their collection.

Of course, with nowhere to go and a mandatory lockdown in place, you’ve got to find a way to entertain yourself somehow.

Serena chose to dodge questions concerning the Sussexes’ move.

Serena’s cute gestures have extended beyond Olympia, of course. On Sunday, she and her husband, Reddit founder Alexis Ohanian Sr., shared several adorable snaps on Instagram.

However, Olympia always seems to find a way to capture attention on Serena’s Instagram page. On the same day, the tennis ace posted a picture of her speaking with her daughter, all dressed in princess clothing. She captioned the image:

“Princess attire required for conversations with @olympiaohanian.”

Serena also recently “weighed in” on a topic concerning one of her best friends, Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle. Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry, recently moved to the United States after stepping back from roles in the British Royal Family.

In an interview on Naomi Campbell's online show earlier this week, Serena chose to dodge questions concerning the Sussexes’ move.

Her answer struck some as weird, because both have been friends for about a decade now. Per reports, Serena and Meghan met back in 2010 at a Super Bowl party and have been close since.

Serena was also one of the many celebrity guests at Meghan’s 2018 wedding to Prince Harry. Of course, it’s possible that Serena is just respecting the Sussexes desire to live a private life.
