Let us introduce you to Jessica Cox, wife of the top baseball player, Mike Trout, who has the best contract in baseball history.

The largest baseball contract in the world was signed in 2019 by Mike Trout of the Los Angeles Angels team. Mike is a 28-year old center fielder with a 12-year contract worth $430 million, $100 million more than the record he toppled.

This achievement has brought a lot of media attention to Mike and his family, and today, the spotlight is on his beautiful wife, Jessica Tara Cox.

The Trouts have been through good and rough times together, and one of those troubled times includes the very tragic death of Jessica’s younger brother.

Jessica Tara Cox is a remarkable 30-year-old woman who, from a quick look at her official Instagram page, strikes you as a dog-lover, charitable and family-oriented.

Jessica lives with her husband and works as a teacher in New Jersey. She has an education degree from Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania.

Cheat Sheet reports that the romance between Mike and Jessica began when they were in high school, and the duo has been inseparable ever since.

After several years of dating, their engagement over the Fourth of July weekend in 2016 came as no surprise. Trout organized a spectacular outdoor proposal. Across the beautiful sky, the words, “Will you marry me, Jess?” was spelled out by a plane.

Cox agreed heartily, and after one year and a few months, they got married. Cox and Trout are understanding of each other’s careers and make it a point of duty to support each other.

The teacher is always spotted cheering her husband on during his games, and Mike also joins his wife in her passionate effort to give back to society. The 30-year old participates in fundraising events and other charitable causes that improve the community.

According to Cheat Sheet, the beneficiaries of Jessica’s goodwill are not only the educational sector but also sports, as seen in her efforts to raise funds for the Special Olympics of Southern California.

After adopting and parenting two dogs during their marriage, the couple is set to welcome a baby boy in the summer of 2020.

According to Daily Mail, the soon-to-be dad made the announcement on his Twitter page with a video that included footages of the gender reveal and ultrasound scan.
