The expectant mom also mentioned that her second important baby is her "Smile" album, which will debut in August. The 35-year-old is engaged to Orlando Bloom, and it's going to be their first time as parents.
The singer who is also an "American Idol" panelist kept the conversation light and had a super adorable glow as she smiled her way through. At the beginning of the chat, she said:
"I'm about to drop a lot of stuff, actually. My uterus is dropping right now as we speak."
When Howard asked the singer how she felt about being a mother, Perry explained that she once had the experience of a birthing procedure, as she showed her sister support when she had home delivery.
The "American Idol" judge acknowledged that she is very confident and not anxious about her process. However, she mentioned that she has plans for the year, but that it is subject to God's approval.
She explained that she once suffered depression.
When the question about the rumors of actress Jennifer Aniston being her baby's godmother was asked, the expectant mom described it as a "wild one," while confirming that it is false.
She further shared that she and Bloom are concerned about giving birth to their child in a healthy state than saying their "I dos" even though they are engaged.

Perry, who has millions of followers on her Instagram, confessed that it could be very demanding, especially since every fan feels the need to comment on everything she does.
For this reason, she has learned to be conscious and take caution when putting updates on her social media pages.
Howard was also treated to a first-grade glance of the singer's baby bump, as she lifted her top to show him. Altogether, it seemed like an incredible experience during the live chat.
While talking about her forthcoming album's cover with a sad-faced Katy Perry clown, she explained that she once suffered depression when she separated for a short time with her now-fiance and felt inadequate for not meeting expectations with her 2017 album, "Witness."
The "Smile" crooner said that she has been very active ever since her pregnancy, and even though it has changed her entire body, she is still up and doing with work, while taking the necessary precautions.
