Tim Norman was arrested for commissioning a murder-for-hire plan to kill his nephew, Andre Montgomery. Here's a look at his life and the charges made against him.

Robbie Montgomery's son, Tim Norman was allegedly involved in the murder of his nephew Andre Montgomery who was shot in March 2016.

Norman received a $450,000 life insurance policy as the sole beneficiary two years before the incident, which may have been the motive to kill.

As early as 17 years old, Norman had already been in trouble with the law. He was arrested for armed robbery and had to spend ten years behind bars.

Norman's time incarcerated made him want to live a different way so he joined his mother in managing their business, The Original Sweetie Pie's and Sweetie Pie's.

In 2012, more than four years after he helped out, Norman took over the company. While things went well for a few years, he was once again arrested in 2018.

The 2018 arrest was based on an assault charge from the previous year involving a former Sweetie Pie's chef who Norman punched.

Although Robbie believes her son was set up, Norman was still taken by authorities and placed at the Madison County Detention Center.

The two men were having a conversation about paychecks when the topic turned sour and violent, with Norman punching the chef's left eye.

To add to his legal battle in 2018, Norman's ex-girlfriend, Jennifer Williams, filled a permanent restraining order. However, his involvement in his nephew's death remains to be the biggest news about him.

According to Monica, the manager of the website All About The Tea and a friend of Norman, he has always been money hungry. She shared with YouTube vlogger Tasha K.:

"Tim got greedy. Because he was charging $20 for a two-piece chicken plate and two sides. Mind you, the table cloths are plastic, and he's charging that."

The reality star was recently arrested for the 2016 death of his nephew. According to police, Norman conspired with Terica Ellis to execute the murder plan.

It was found that Ellis's cellular location matched the murder place at the same time as the victim's death.

She phoned Norman once Andre arrived at the location where they agreed to meet, and moments after, he was shot.

Although Robbie believes her son was set up, Norman was still taken by authorities and placed at the Madison County Detention Center.
