Savannah Guthrie Shares a Touching Tribute to Jenna Bush Hager after She Forgot Her Birthday

Savannah Guthrie posted heart-warming praise to her beloved friend on social media. Guthrie’s sweet post garnered over 48,000 likes on Instagram and had followers gushing over it.

Savannah Guthrie shared a touching tribute to Jenna Bush Hager after she forgot her birthday. To show great pleasure in knowing her and befriending her, Guthrie shared a 10-slide post with many photos of her and Bush of their memories together.

In her lengthy post, Guthrie acknowledged her co-host on the times they’ve spent together, raising their kids, wearing matching outfits, making memories, and laughing and crying with one another.

The “Today” broadcaster described her friend as “the shooting star of a soul who enthusiastically blazes through life making everything shinier and more brilliant and lighter and more joyous," she wrote.

Guthrie and Bush posed with their backs turned away to the camera; the duo looked like they were in the studio because they had their mics on.

They wore red T-shirts which their both their last names printed on them. Bush wore her T-shirt with black jeans whereas Guthrie wore hers with a red and black skirt.

In the next, the co-hosts posed in an up-close snap while Bush wore a flower headpiece and had art makeup in the corner of her eye with bright red lipstick. Guthrie wore a black sleeveless blouse and gave a big smile.

On the other, it shows the best friends with their kids in a cute setup. One made a funny face while Bush gave a laughing smile and Guthrie posed facing away from the camera.

Following the snap with the kids, Guthrie shared another picture of her and Bush out on the streets with their adorable babies. It appears Guthrie was heavily pregnant at the time, and the little ones both held balloons while walking with their moms.

While her best friend glorified her on Instagram, Bush's parents, kids, and closest friends also showered her with love on her 39th birthday.

According to Today, fellow co-host of Hoda & Jenna co-host introduced a segment on the show featuring her family and childhood friends wishing her well and walking down memory lane from over the years.

While Guthrie wished her a happy birthday, Bush also wished her twin sister Barbara Pierce Bush and shared throwback snapshots of them when they were still babies.

Bush and her twin sister and the former President George W. Bush, and former First Lady Laura Bush. Jenna Bush reportedly shared on social media last year how her sister made her feel safe on a plane with their parents.

In August 2019, Guthrie and Bush took to Instagram to wish their daughters Poppy and Vale a happy birthday on birthday spirits. Their daughters turned 13 and 5 years old at the time. Their kids' speciality is that they were born on the same day but just a year apart. How wonderful for the colleagues.
