HGTV Star Christina Haack Reveals New Tennessee Abode to Her Kids - Glimpse into Their Farmhouse
The real estate investor could not be more excited about her new home, including her children, and she shared why she made an offer on her latest property purchase.
In an exclusive sneak peek from Thursday’s episode of Christina Haack’s series, “Christina on the Coast,” she took her two older kids – daughter Taylor, ten, and son Brayden, 6, whom she shares with ex-husband Tarek EI Moussa – to Tennessee to see their new home, located outside Nashville.
In the clip, the 38-year-old explained that she and her children flew in from Los Angeles, went to pick up the keys, and headed straight to the farm.

THE FARMHOUSE
Haack, who also shares one-year-old son Hudson with second husband Ant Anstead, along with her other kids, arrived with a big suitcase up the steps of their new abode.
She asked them, "Oh my gosh, can you believe this is our new house?" and her son replied, "No, it's awesome." Haack shared she will be celebrating with a glass of champagne.

The “Flip or Flop” star revealed how thrilled she was about finding the house and said it is “exactly what I was looking for,” she said of the property she bought earlier this year,” adding:
“A beautiful home that I can put my own touches on, and on acres, acres of land. I can’t wait to get settled.”
Haack told People in May that she fell in love with Tennessee when she took the kids there for a visit in October and shared the place is stunning, and the people are friendly.
Although she has no plans to move there full time, the reality star will use the modern property as a vacation home consisting of 23 acres.
After seeing it the first day it was listed on the market, she loved it and immediately made an offer. The farmhouse sits on 5,000-square-foot, six-bedroom with 5.5 bathrooms.
According to real estate records, Haack bought the house for $2.5 million, situated at the end of a long private driveway in the affluent rural community of Franklin.
The abode's exterior is white with black trim and features a manicured landscaping, a front porch, and an in-ground pool. It was built in 2017.
THE CALIFORNIA PALACE
Apart from it, Haack also moved into a new beachfront house as of late in Dana Point, California, worth $10.3 million. The "Christina Family Trust" purchased the 6,000-square-foot mansion on July 7, two weeks after Haack finalized her divorce with Anstead.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom palace features an open floor plan with an expansive great room and a formal dining room. The chef’s kitchen has granite counters, two islands, self-closing cabinets, and drawers.
It also includes a butler's pantry and a gorgeous, windowed breakfast nook with peaked cathedral ceilings. The owner's suite has a fireplace, vast views, and according to the listing, it has a spa-like bathroom and a standalone tub.
