Alicia Keys' Look-Alike Son Reveals His Musical Talent by Recording First Song with His 'Super Proud Mom'
Songstress Alicia Keys has recorded hundreds of songs that have won numerous awards. Yet, her most memorable moment was when she recently recorded a song with her son, Egypt.
Alicia Keys gave fans a glimpse of her behind-the-scenes with her son in the studio, recording their first song together. The proud teary-eyed mother was ecstatic about how emotional and special the moment was.
The "No One" singer is on the verge of creating a new album. She opened up to ET, saying that one side of the album would feature original songs while the other, named "Unlocked," would feature songs alluding to her music freedom.

One of the unique features of the new album was her collaboration with her 11-year-old son Egypt, with whom she has done a version of "Somewhere Over The Rainbow."
Keys says they have always sung the song since Egypt was a baby, and it is sentimental to the two having to record it together.

Born to musical parents, it is no surprise that Egypt is inclined to create music and has a beautiful voice. Keys shared that Egypt would jump at the chance to join in whenever they went on tour.
He would have a go at the drums or even play the other instruments, and Keys says she would stop in her tracks whenever she heard him play. Keys compares her son's voice to that of singer-songwriter Bruno Mars.
And yet, "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" will not be Egypt's first song. The youngster began showcasing his music genius when he was a little boy. At only six years old, Egypt shared a song he wrote named "Super-boy."
His proud parents shared the song on their social media, with the little boy going at the piano while he sang along with the beats.
When he was seven, Egypt accompanied his Grammy-winning mom on the piano as she sang "Lean on Me" by Bill Withers. And in 2019, he played the piano as his mother sang out her song "Raise A Man" at the iHeartRadio Music Awards.
Last year, the "Girl On Fire" singer shared a beautiful moment with her then ten-year-old as he showed off his vocals and piano playing skills. They performed to Eurythmics' "Sweet Dreams(Are Made Of This)."
Keys and her husband, producer Swizz Beatz, share two sons, Egypt, 11 and 7-year-old Genesis. While Egypt shares his parents' love for music, little Genesis is an earth hero and cares a lot about the environment.
