Before changing to the now famous LaBrant name, in 2017, the YouTube blogger answered her birth name, Savannah Soutas. She was born on March 2, 1993, to Deborah and Michael Soutas in Santa Clara, California.

Savannah grew up with an older stepsister from her dad's first marriage and two siblings, a brother Austin and a sister named Chantelle.

From a young age, Savannah distinguished herself from her siblings. She was intrigued by dancing, and at age 2, she learned how to move to the rhythm of a song.

Savannah knew what she wanted as a little girl and went for it. Apart from dancing, she branched into the fashion industry and began modeling. "I grew up modeling my whole life," she once admitted.

The Santa Clara born always had her parents to lean on. At the time, she was 19 and had fallen pregnant. Her father, Michael, had been unfaithful to her mom, but they vowed to make their marriage work: to be there for their pregnant daughter.
