Best also stated that she had become "pretty feral" at this time. She enjoyed donning overalls, getting her hands dirty, growing her fresh produce, and making her olive oil.

Eve Explains the Scene with Rhaenys Targaryen

Best's TV career shot through the roof following her appearance in the HBO series "House of the Dragon," in which she played Princess Rhaenys Targaryen, the wife of Lord Corlys Velaryon of Driftmark.

Best said the show's penultimate episode was "the most outrageous and explosive action of the season." Rhaenys dramatically rose from the ground beneath the Dragonpit, where Alicent Hightower's son Aegon held a grand coronation.

Rhaenys rode Meleys, her dragon, with the thorny neck that earned the moniker "Red Queen." Instead of destroying the pit in vengeance, she flew away, thinking that leaving was the right choice.

According to Best, Rhaenys learned a lot from that experience, especially when Alicent showed her protective nature. The wife of the late King Viserys Targaryen, Alicent, is played by Best's co-star Olivia Cooke.

Cooke also has her views about her character, who is a villain. Alicent used to be the best friend of Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, played by actor Emme D'Arcy.
