While many celeb families dressed their children up for Halloween, Hilton was not to be left behind. She took to Instagram to share a photo of her son dressed as Elmo from "Sesame Street."

What Hate Did Hilton and Her Son Receive?
Some weeks ago, Hilton shared a photo of herself and her son. While many noted what a sweet photo it was, others were less complimentary. Many asked Hilton why her son's head was so big and wanted to know what was wrong with him.
She remarked that the people commenting on her son's head were "sick." Hilton acknowledged that living in the spotlight meant she would come under criticism but felt that people commenting on her son was "unacceptable."
Hilton also assured fans that her son was "perfectly healthy" and asked that fans leave her son be. She said she had cultivated love, respect, and acceptance for the public and expected similar in return.
