"I was lucky enough that with four of my babies, I lost the baby weight afterwards [...] After Beau, I was 160 and I couldn’t lose the weight and the doctor was like, ‘Well, it’s an age thing,’ [...] I had him naturally at 44 years old," Spelling shared.

In a detailed discussion, Wilson highlighted the importance of addressing emotional health alongside physical health, particularly when dealing with weight issues.
She spoke about the psychological benefits of the medication in managing cravings and maintaining weight loss but also emphasized the necessity of a balanced approach to diet and exercise.
"Someone like me could have a bottomless appetite for sweets. So I think those drugs can be good," Wilson noted. The actress, who previously lost 80 lbs following a "year of health" in 2020, has been open about the triggers that led her to seek medical help for weight management.
"Basically no one apart from my mom wanted me to lose weight," she revealed, highlighting the pressures from her career to maintain her "fat funny character."

On an episode of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," Tracy Morgan revealed that he too hopped aboard the Ozempic train. When Fallon complimented his appearance, Morgan credited his weight loss to using Ozempic. "Well, that’s Ozempic. Yeah, but I’ve learned to [...] out-eat Ozempic, I gained 40 pounds," he quipped.

"The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City's" Heather Gay

However, she also expressed how she appreciated the subtle improvements it did facilitate. "I've been on it for a long time, but hadn't really seen much results [...] But enough for people to notice, which is great,” Gay mentioned.
The reality star went on to reveal a disheartening aspect of her weight loss journey—how people's attitudes toward her changed as she began to lose weight, albeit slightly.

After a comprehensive health evaluation revealed several concerns, Simpson decided to use Ozempic—upon suggestion from her doctor—as a means to regain control over her health.
"I did a full blood panel [...] my cholesterol was high, I have zero testosterone, I was pre-diabetic, so she actually said, 'Why don’t you do a Semaglutide?' which is Ozempic, so I did, I did that in December," Simpson recounted.

Her journey with Ozempic began after a poignant moment during the show's production. "I remember our producer [...] sent me a picture of myself on the green screen, and I remember thinking, ‘Who is that?’" Simpson asserted.

She went on to say, "It really depressed me. I knew that I had gained weight. I didn’t like the way I looked." This moment of self-realization prompted her to seek medical help, leading to her decision to start Ozempic.

"That was a great kickstart for me. I’m just gonna say that, for me, it worked amazing, because [..] all the bad habits that I had, where I was just kind of grazing, not really paying attention to what I was eating, eating late at night [...] all that stuff just kind of went away," Simpson then elaborated.
However, she noted challenges with its use. "I didn’t like the way it made me feel lethargic and it made me just not have a lot of energy which was hard with three little kids," Simpson admitted.
While she did not lose a significant amount of weight—only about 5 to 7 pounds—the medication helped her feel full and refreshed her approach to eating and self-care.

Gharachedaghi also discussed the adjustments she had to make to her dosage to manage rapid weight loss responsibly. "As you can see, I've lost a little more weight than I was anticipating to lose [...] I got on the scale and I saw 111 lbs. That’s when I knew, it’s time to cut back," she confessed.
"Now, I’m just on maintenance. Will I come off of it? Maybe. Will I gain it all back? Maybe. But for now, I’m enjoying the way I look. I’m enjoying what it’s doing for me," she divulged.
She also addressed the concerns related to Ozempic side effects involving skin sagging. "Anytime anybody loses a lot of weight really fast, the skin just kinda droops down a little. It’s a fact. For some people it’s worse, some people it’s not. As you can see, it did not affect my face," Gharachedaghi reassured her followers.
Additionally, she clarified that her intention in making the video was not to pressure people to be "skinny," but merely to help those who do want to lose weight.
These stories from celebrities about their use of weight loss medications show different personal journeys. Each one shares their unique experiences with managing weight, highlighting the ups and downs they face while in the public eye.
