10 things bought at any Dollar Store that may be putting your life at major risk

Everyone likes a good saving, but sometimes it doesn't pay to be thrifty at all.

Shopping at the dollar store can be highly appealing because of all the savings involved. But a recent study has indicated that some of the items at these stores can cause serious infections, or even death.

As reported by All Cute All The Time, HealthyStuff conducted a study of products at Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, and 99 Cents Only.

Many of the items seemed to contain toxic chemicals that have been known to cause major infections, and sometimes even causing deaths.

The items containing these chemicals were plastic items, with 81% of items researched containing at least one toxic chemical, while 49% had at least two or more. 32% of vinyl items that were tested showed positive results for deadly acid.

When purchasing anything from a dollar store, always remember that if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is!
