Remember Pam Dawber, co-star of 'Mork & Mindy' and wife of Mark Harmon? Here's how she looks now
The star is now 66 years old and has recalled her moments back when she was filming Mork and Mindy.
Pam Dawber is best known for her role as Mindy McConnell in the hit 70’s show. She’s had many several big roles after the show ended, but people still remember her as the star of Mork and Mindy alongside the late Robin Williams.
Born on October 18, 1951, Dawber is a famous American actress.
According to The Sun, Mork and Mindy started in 1978 and ended in 1982.
She also appeared in The Twilight Zone, 101 Dalmatians: The Series, and The Odd Couple.
On March 21, 1987, Dawber was married to actor Mark Harmon, who is currently starring in the hit-series, NCIS.
Together, they share two sons, Sean Thomas Harmon, who is also an actor, and Ty Christian Harmon.
Dawber’s career began as a fashion model. She initially moved to New York during her 20’s in the hopes of making it in the fashion industry.
The star first stepped foot in the acting world when she screen-tested for the title role of Tabitha, which is a spin-off comedy from Bewitched.
Unfortunately, Dawber was unable to bag the role, but the ABC-TV network adored her so much that they had her enroll in their talent development program.
The program pays actors and actresses until they are cast in roles that are more appropriate for them.
It was during that time when she was cast for a role in Mork and Mindy with Williams.
A newly published biography about Williams revealed that he had supposedly grabbed Dawber’s bottom and breasts multiple times during the years they were filming together on the show.
He also reportedly took off his clothes in front of her.
Although Dawber clarified that she never felt offended by his actions because Williams was just incredibly charming.
