NFL player and TV star confirmed their split after more than 8 years of happy marriage

The concept of love is a very complex one. Almost everyone knows that love is supposed to be forever, but it just doesn't happen. At least not like it used to.

Unlike the old days, people separate more and more easily, and on Friday, April 6, 2018, another couple called it quits. Hank Baskett and Kendra Wilkinson announced that they were getting a divorce.

The revelation was made through Instagram. Although Baskett hasn't said anything yet, Wilkinson appeared to be the most affected one by the split, as reported by ET Online.

They were together for almost ten years, during which they lived countless happy moments, including the births of their children: 8-year-old Hank Baskett Jr. and 3-year-old Alijah Mary Baskett.

Wilkinson shared the news of the divorce with her fans and followers on Instagram. She said that she was sad about the situation and that she would always love and support him.

According to the source, her heart will remain open for him. Despite the sorrowful moment, Wilkinson claimed that she was scared regarding their future, but that she had to be strong for the sake of their children.

An unidentified source told the publication that Baskett and Wilkinson were on good terms despite the divorce, and they were still talking to each other. It was revealed that rhe NFL player moved out of the house but that he is living nearby to be involved in the children's lives.
