Hoda Kotb drives fans crazy with visit of her mom and look-alike sister on recent 'Today' show

While getting a visit from a mother in a workplace can sometimes be burdensome, during a TV show, everything could be possible.

According to Entertainment Daily, Hoda Kotb's mother and sister paid a visit to the Today show on Thursday, April 13, 2018.

Hoda and her co-host, Kathie Lee Gifford, were playfully joined by Hoda's mother, Sami, and her sister, Hala, during the fourth hour of the program.

The same outlet explained that Hoda shared a sweet photo of herself, Hala, Sami and Kathie Lee smiling on the set of the talk show on her Instagram account. 'Look who is here!!!! Hala and mom!!' she captioned the post.

Sami and Hala also made a quick appearance during the fourth hour of the Today show and Hoda seemed to be enjoying it. "Look who is sitting right over there. My mom and sister, yay!," Hoda playfully said.

Sami and Hala are currently in New York City visiting Hoda and her daughter, Haley Joy. "Hala gets to see how much the baby has grown," Kathie Lee said.

Hoda confirmed the baby is growing rapidly, adding that her sister saw the baby on Christmas time her mother visited her around the Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympics.

The fact that Hoda fans were static about the visit shouldn't be a surprise by now, with some of them claiming that they couldn't believe how much Hoda, her mom and her sister look alike.

The same outlet claimed that Hoda shares an extremely close bond with her mother and sister. Last year, Hoda broke down in tears on air while talking about her sister.

She shared a story about how Hala by her side when she had to undergo an MRI scan after she was diagnosed with breast cancer.

"Hala sat next to me and the doctors said to Hala, 'You can't be in there because of the radiation' and she said, 'I'm not leaving' and she sat there through the whole thing," she added.
