Pregnant Eva Longoria shows off her legs in a chic black lace mini dress at a recent appearance

AmoMama brings you news of Eva Longoria’s day at the Hall of Fame in Los Angeles where she received her star. As The Daily Mail reports, the actress was ecstatic to have her work and talent recognized.

Eva Longoria received her Hall of Fame star surrounded by the likes of Anna Faris, Felicity Huffman, Reese Witherspoon, Kerry Washington, and Ricky Martin during her monumental ceremony. While a string of all the celebrities present came forward to congratulate the 43-year-old actress on her achievements, none was as proud as her husband, Jose Baston. The proud husband was beamed and grinning ear-to-ear as he stood next to his wife who looked radiant in a black short dress.

Standing next to her at the newly unveiled star, Baston beamed with pride for his wife’s recognition. He stayed by her side most of the time ensuring that she was alright all the time. It won’t be long till the couple welcomes its first baby. She cradled her belly as fellow actors spoke of her work and talent at some point; the emotions were too much for the pregnant Desperate Housewives actress that she broke down a little. When Ricky Martin spoke of her dedication to her career, Longoria had to get more tissue.

Eva first got her start in Beverly Hills, 90210 and would go onto to receive an ALMA Award for her role in The Young And The Restless not long after. In Desperate Housewives, where played a housewife living in suburbia opposite Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman, and Marcia Cross in the hit series, which aired from 2004 to 2012, would end up being her hit series. It propelled her to acting glory and most of her fans know her best from her role as Gabby Solis. For her role, she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award.

Eva is now trying her hand in producing and her first project, Grand Hotel, is set to be released this year.
