As a mother of two beautiful girls, Emma Heming Willis knows the importance of self-care. In a recent post that attracted over 1,500 likes, the former model explained the need for mothers to care for themselves. Self-care comes in many ways, including taking lone long walks and massages. Willis, who runs a blog and a company for organic skincare products also mentioned the several articles she has penned with ideas for self-care. As has been the norm with her posts, Willis had mothers opening up about their struggles in the comment section.

“Self care? What’s that!? I’m guilty of it as I’m sure you are too but making yourself a priority is truly a must! Motherhood, work, life etc etc can push you to the bottom of that list. On my blog I have the mother of all posts! I’ve listed simple ideas and tricks that I do, that will help get you back to taking care of the most important person on your list... YOU.”

One of Willis’ articles talks about her skincare routine, and her secrets are simple: water and beauty sleep. Refilling her water bottle several times a day makes all the difference, she said. “I see such a difference in my skin when I refill my water bottle all day long!” She also has a range of staple products that she uses religiously.

As a mother of two, the former model has had her fair share of struggles that she shares with fellow mums. Her down-to-earth personality has made her relatable and her blog quite popular.
