Meet Zira, the dog that won millions of hearts after these photos of its first shopping trip were posted

A cute puppy became a viral phenomenon because of her uncontrollable excitement when visiting a grocery store, as her owner documented with a series of heart melting pictures she uploaded to Twitter.

When you are very young and you are still learning about the things and creatures that surround you, even walking into a grocery store can end up being a tantalizing experience.

As Rolloid reported, that’s exactly what happened to little Zira, an absolutely adorable Corgi female puppy that lives with her owner in Monterey, California.

When they both went to the supermarket to get some groceries, Zira just couldn’t hide her excitement as she was driven around the place in a shopping cart. Her wide smile during the adventure will surely make your day.

‘This was her second trip, although her first one she just slept the entire time,’ her owner, Jesse, said about the experience.

‘She reminded us so much of Rose from Titanic, the way she leaned against the front of the cart, looking out into the world of Target for the first time! We could tell she loved it so much,’ added the woman.

Zira is a Corgi/ Mini Aussie mix. She was only 4 months ago when the now viral pictures were taken; a time when all dogs are always in search of anything they can bite or chew.

‘She loves getting new toys, ones that squeak, crinkle, or bounce. And since she’s our first dog, she gets spoiled as much as possible!,’ continued Jesse.

The pictures of Zira’s unforgettable moment at the store were uploaded to Twitter by her owner and quickly gathered more than 487.000 likes and was shared over 127.000 times, turning the puppy into an internet celebrity.

During her fun time in the store, the adorable puppy made some friends as well. ‘While we were turning a corner, this woman shopping saw her and freaked out.

She couldn’t stop going on and on about how cute Zira was,’ Jessee shared.

‘Zira just started licking her, and the woman loved it. She even picked Zira up and let her kiss her face!,’ she added.
