Khloé Kardashian shows off toned belly one month after giving birth
Khloé Kardashian returned to the gym for the first time since the birth of her daughter, True, and explained why it has been so hard for her.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians brought True into the world on April 12, 2018, but she didn't waste any time trying to get back in shape. As usual, she shared the experience with her fans on Snapchat.
Although the snap is long gone, an Instagram fan page dedicated to the socialite's snaps made sure to record and upload the moment in which Khloé showed off her flat stomach.
In the video, the 33-year-old explained how it felt going back to the gym and how it would help her get her body back. To her, the hardest part was the beginning since she hadn't exercised for so long.
The Kardashian star revealed that she had been working out for 11 days, and that slowly but surely, muscle memory was helping her body remember the strength and coordination that it once had
Khloé also mentioned that she didn't appreciate people telling her that she was focusing too much on her image instead of her baby. According to her, being a mother doesn't mean that she should stop doing what makes her happy.
The Kardashian went on to explain that working out is her own personal sanctuary and that she wouldn't be herself if she stopped doing physical exercise altogether.
After carrying True in her belly for so long, Khloé claimed that she wanted her life to go back to normal and that she couldn't picture that vision becoming true without the gym.
For her, the idea of people not wanting her to be happy and healthy is quite bizarre, especially nowadays with so much junk food available right around the corner.
The 33-year-old shared that her doctor, whose name is yet to be revealed, advised her to go back to the gym and get fit again, and that she was only following the doctor's orders.
