Tika Sumpter's fiancé shares pic with his 'queen' after their interracial relationship criticism

Now, a year after her interracial relationship was brought into the spotlight, her fiancé is publicly showing his love for the actress, proving that they don’t mind the criticism.

Celebritist learned from Nicholas James’s Instagram account that he is a man in love after he shared a heartfelt message for his fiancé and mother of his daughter, Ella-Loren, for Mother’s Day.

The handsome blonde man stunned fans with a beautiful photo alongside Sumpter while they were having lunch in front of the sea, and we can tell how happy they are together just by looking a Tika’s glowing and wide smile.Nick, who proposed to Tika on their daughter’s first Christmas, wrote in his caption:

“Happy Mother’s Day to my queen! Thank you for birthing our gorgeous girl. You’re the strongest woman I know and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner to teach our little gift from God. Love you! @tikasumpter”

This comes months after Tika revealed on “The Real” that she was trying to protect her daughter and Nick from the rude fans, as she said:

“I didn't want to hear, 'Who's the dad?' Social media can be harsh, and I'm a mama bear, protective of my family. So that's why I waited to tell people, including some of my friends”

Her fears were not unfounded, because once she revealed that her baby daddy was a white man, some people on social media started to criticize her for not being involved with a man from her own race.

But Tika, as Nick, didn’t let the haters dictate how she lives her life, and she send a heartfelt message to James through an Instagram post saying:

“Ella's such a lucky girl. @nickjames138 you are an amazing father. I could not have asked for a funnier, more present and loving partner. Thanks, daddy for sending me a good one. #happyfathersday #love #daddysgirl”

Tika and Nick make a beautiful couple, and we’re glad to know they’re still going strong despite the critics from people that can’t fathom the idea of an interracial relationship in our time and age.
