Model is posing on the red carpet when her skirt suddenly falls and she's left in her underwear
The first reaction of the Russian was, of course, feeling ashamed, but then she took it as a funny incident and she uploaded the video to her own Instagram account.
Yulia Rybakova arrived at the prestigious Cannes Film Festival to attend a screening of the Lebanese film Caphanaum, wearing a red dress with a long squirt that she dragged behind her.
As Telemundo reported, her dress was almost the same size of the red carpet and the place was really packed with celebrities and photographers.
Rybakova, a plus-size model, was posing for the cameras when a man who was walking nearby allegedly step on her dress without noticing it, as can be seen in the video she later uploaded in her social media.
When Rybakova decided she was done posing for photos and was about to continue walking around, the lower half of her outfit detached from the upper half exposing the model’s legs and underwear.
The many photographers that were present didn’t waste the opportunity of capturing the awkward moment, and the photos of the incident rapidly went viral.
The Russian covered her face with her hands in a gesture of shame, and the man who caused this to happen rushed to help her put her outfit back into place. She had nothing else to do but to smile at the cameras and keep going.
But as Daily Mail has reported, some of her followers didn’t seem to buy that this was, in fact, an accident, and they are suggesting that it was actually planned to cause controversy for publicity.
‘SETUP 1.- bad acting 2.- we see when he gives her a sign to move,’ a user commented on the video at Rybakova’s Instagram account, accusing her of faking the whole thing. ‘The things one has to do for fame,’ wrote another skeptical user.
