Malia Obama stuns with long braids and tight black outfit while heading to the gym

Malia Obama is getting ready to make the most out of her summer vacation by hitting the gym in New York City after a crazy first year at Harvard University.

Malia Obama is finally seen out and about after quite a while. The 19-year-old beauty was spotted walking around New York in a new set of braids and casual gym wear topped with a denim jacket.

This is Obama’s first sighting since finishing her crazy first year at Harvard, where she was spotted kissing another Harvard student at a football game last fall 2017. The student was identified as Rory Farquharson, a sophomore at Harvard from the United Kingdom.

In early 2018, the two were also seen shopping together in New York City.

Farquharson is a wealthy English boy who attended the Rugby School, a private school in England where he was "head of school" from 2015-2016. It is reported that the annual tuition at the school is a whopping $47,000.

His interests include playing rugby and golf, even playing for Ireland's team during a tournament. Aside from sports, his Instagram states that he is a "student of law in Harvard" which might suggest his interest to one day be enrolled in his prestigious university's law school.

Malia Obama followed her parents' footsteps in enrolling in Harvard University, where her parents both graduated from Harvard Law School.

Her mother, former First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama, shared that the one piece of advice she gave her daughter was "Don't wind up on Page Six", and she is not quite sure if her daughter managed to do just that.
