Serena Williams gets slammed over her interracial marriage after posting photos from royal wedding

Serena Williams is living her best life these days. She’s enjoying motherhood, the married life, and is slowly but surely recovering her place as the biggest tennis star. But haters feel some type of way about Serena’s happiness, and they have been attacking her interracial marriage to Alexis Ohanian with harsh comments.

The tennis champion found love in Reddit’s CEO Alexis Ohanian, and they officially tied the knot in a fairytale-like wedding two months after Serena gave birth to their first daughter, the adorable Alexis Olympia.

Serena and her little family have been on cloud nine ever since, despite the struggles that the tennis star faced after giving birth when she had to undergo surgery because of some blood clots found in her lungs.

Williams has been open about her journey through motherhood and marriage, sharing with her followers all the special moments in her life through her social media accounts. And while most of her fans couldn’t be happier for her, there are also haters who always have spare time to spit bile on other people’s lives.

One of the most recent instances where Serena and her family got unnecessary hate was the Royal Wedding between Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.

Serena and Markle are close friends, so it was only natural for the 23 times Grand Slam champion and her husband to be part of the 600 guests invited to the exclusive ceremony that took place at St George's Chapel in Windsor.

The couple followed the royal fashion and shined with their stylish outfits, with Serena rocking a pale pink Versace dress that she matched with pointy-toed stilettos and Alexis wearing a three-piece-suit that made him look as classy as the occasion merited.
