A man got down on his knees to pledge his heart to a little girl and asked to be her daddy

Danny Moore from Springfield decided to propose to his girlfriend Angel Pitchford in time-honored romantic fashion.

He chose a lovely setting in front of a beautiful waterfall, but first, he had to win the heart of one other girl - Angel's baby daughter, Brooklyn.

For Danny, marrying Angel meant sharing every part of her life, and that had to include her tiny daughter, and so he decided to get down on his knees and ask her if he could be her daddy.

Angel captured the precious moment on and posted it on Twitter.

Danny gave Brooklyn a ring and the sweet girl accepted him as her father. Brooklyn then gave the engagement ring to her mother and everything was official.

The moment she said yes, Brooklyn handed the ring over to her mother and Angel accepted Danny as her soul-mate and her future husband.
