Khloe Kardashian has just shared a new photo showing her unbelievable weight loss just three months after True was born. She reveals she surprised herself losing 33 lbs in such a short span of time. The new mom looks fabulous!
Khloe Kardashian has lost 33 lbs just three months after giving birth to her daughter True and her latest photos are a testament to that. The new mom shared a photo of her slim physique proving how far she’s shed off her post-baby body.
“Never have I ever,” the 33-year-old wrote as she fashioned a black tight-fitting spandex top and shorts paired with white trainers appearing to be ready for another workout session. The blonde beauty was glowing in her latest snap where she sits on top of an outdoor kitchen counter, proof that motherhood suits her.
On Monday, Tristan Thompson’s baby mama revealed on her app that she surprised herself by losing 33 lbs despite her conscious effort to give herself time. She credits her weight loss in part to breastfeeding and a lot of activity.
“After I had True, I didn’t put any pressure on myself to lose the baby weight. I just wanted to get back to my regular routine from before I got pregnant, which was working out five to six times a week”
“Here is where I am at currently. True turned 3 months old on July 12. I honestly didn’t give myself a number that I wanted to lose by this time, especially since I wasn’t able to work out for the first six weeks. But, since then, I’ve lost 33 pounds! I’m shocked that I lost that much weight that quickly. I’m chalking this up to the combination of breastfeeding and being very active during and after my pregnancy.”
Khloe also confessed she avoids comparing herself to other mothers and just tried to focus on her own weight-loss journey.
“I never compare myself to other women as every woman has their own journey. We also all have different priorities in our day-to-day lives. One of mine is having that one hour where I can be selfish and alone in my place of refuge.
“Staying healthy and active is something that’s very important to me. Exercise is something I’ve always used to maintain my sanity and relieve stress. And, now that I have a baby, I still want to keep something that’s my time, my space, something I’m doing for myself.”
Khloe has been constant in updating her fans about her post-baby workouts including her time in the kitchen. At five weeks, she shared her results and opened up about her diet which includes a lot of protein, fruits, and vegetables.
“I’m currently on a low-carb diet that my nutritionist, Dr. Goglia, gave me. It has lots of protein, so I’m able to go all out at the gym, but the best part is that I’m never hungry because I’m always eating!”
Khloe swears by this diet and promised her fans it was a lot “easier to follow than it sounds.”
