Alexis Ohanian shares romantic photo with Serena Williams in Italy after her Wimbledon loss

Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian took to Instagram to share two photos of himself and his wife Serena Williams enjoying a wonderful day in Venice, Italy.

The first image portrayed Alexis wearing a black shirt and smiling while looking at Serena, who chose a long-sleeved pink blouse. She was drinking from a wine cup in what appeared to be a fun day.

For the second picture, the couple photographed the boat they were in. The scenery showed the worldwide recognized water passages between buildings and houses in Venice.

In the caption, the proud husband revealed that Serena said she wanted Italian for dinner, so she took her to Italy. Even though he might have been joking, their Italian trip attracted a lot of attention, especially because it took place a few days after Serena lost the Wimbledon final.

As soon as Alexis shared that slideshow, the couple’s fans and followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts. One of them was Instagram user @quiettimemaria, who admitted that their Italian getaway was ‘hubby and wifey goals.’

User @joyfulaims tagged Alexis and told him he was a great husband. They added that Serena, her husband, and their baby girl Olympia deserved the best.

On July 14, Serena played the 2018 Wimbledon final versus German tennis player Angelique Kerber. Unfortunately, she lost in two sets: 6-3, 6-3, reported Celebritist.

At the end of the match, Serena was interviewed and she added that her performance in the tournament was amazing. She admitted to being happy to make it to the final after all she went through after welcoming her first daughter about ten months ago.

After taking a couple of seconds to breathe and avoid crying, Serena said that not winning was disappointing but that she couldn’t be really disappointed.

She set clear that tried her best for all the mothers who were out there watching and supporting her.

Finally, Serena took her time to praise Angelique by admitting that she played very well and that she was a wonderful person who deserved the trophy.
