Magic Johnson's Wife Cookie Shares a Rare Pic of Her Mom in a Red Hat

Cookie Johnson took to social media to post photos of her family, including her mother in celebration of mother's day. The socialite excitedly took to Instagram, two days ago, to share photos of herself and her mother. There are a total of three pictures all captioned with a simple wish from Cookie.

“Happy Mother’s Day from our family to yours!! #FamilyIsEverything #Grateful #Blessed,” her caption reads.

The first two images include Cookie, who is the wife of legendary basketball player Magic Johnson, and her mother dressed in elegant ensembles befitting of a high-class event.

Cookie looked dashing in an all-brown ensemble which included a jacket, camisole, and a knee-length skirt. Her mother was no less charming in a white skirt suit, which had a coat embroidered upfront.

Magic's wife kept true to the same color bringing the ensemble to a finish with brown pointy heels and bag. Cookie's elderly companion who had her head covered by a red hat also wore pointy heels but with a lower heel and carried a red bag to finish off the classy look.

Although of different colors, their outfits seemed coordinated, making the pair the perfect mother-daughter duo. An unknown person captured the shot with the women happily smiling while they wrapped their arms about each other.

The next photo shows that they weren't the only ones present at the time of the picture as it contained Magic Johnson and their adopted daughter, Elisa Johnson. It was a suit affair as Magic had a suit matching his wife's and Elisa went for an oversized grey pantsuit. The group of four looked like they'd be the center of attention anywhere they went together.

The last picture is a relaxed family photo as Cookie pridefully displayed her large family, including Andre Johnson, Magic’s son from a previous relationship, and his little family.

All dressed casually and spotting huge smiles on their faces; the Johnsons looked picture perfect showing why the media regards them as one of the most talked about celebrity families.

Cookie and Magic, having been married since 1991 haven't always had things easy but remained as strong as ever. They are rather incredible because you'd think that shocking news like Magic’s positive HIV status would have brought the marriage to an abrupt end.
