E! News: Ben Affleck officially breaks up with his longtime girlfriend
Ben Affleck, the 46-year-old actor known for his role as Batman in "Justice League," parted ways with his girlfriend of more than a year.
E-News has exclusively learned that after trying to make it work, Affleck and Lindsay Shookus mutually decided to end their relationship.

Shookus also told Entertainment Tonight that being in the spotlight was a hard pill to swallow. As a producer, she works behind the scenes. She said:
"It’s strange to me. My entire career has been behind the camera, and that’s definitely where I’m most comfortable."
Affleck was spotted in the company of Playboy model and vet tech Shauna Sexton late last week when they ordered take-out from Jack In The Box's drive-thru.
Rumors of his split from Shookus followed shortly after a moving van was also spotted outside his house earlier this month.
Affleck was married to Jennifer Garner for more than ten years. The couple met in 2001 while filming "Pearl Harbor" and tied the knot four years later.
They share three children ranging in ages from 6 to 12. Affleck is still involved in his children's lives, and the former lovers are on good terms.
Fans of Affleck can look forward to his upcoming projects. He will reprise his rule as Bruce Wayne in a new "Batman" film, as well as "Justice League Part Two."
He was also cast in "Triple Frontier" and "The Last Thing He Wanted." Both films are in post-production.
As a producer, he is currently working on "City On A Hill." It's a new series set to be released in 2019.
