Hairdresser aggressively cuts customer's braids because customer couldn't pay in viral video
The video of an angry hairdresser cutting off her customer’s hair because she couldn’t pay for it became viral. People couldn’t stop commenting on it.
In the three-and-a-half-minute clip that Facebook user Shebada uploaded, the argument had started already. The hairdresser, whose name was not revealed, appeared yelling at everyone while chopping off the hair of her customer.
Even though another woman tried to stop her, she kept cutting in a very aggressive way up until she drained her anger away. A couple of people in the store were laughing, but they probably didn’t have anything left to do as the hairdresser had scissors with her.

GETTING ANGRIER
At some point during the video, someone said they would call the police, something that instead of calming the hairdresser down, it made her get angrier as she kept yelling: “call the police! Call the police!”

REACTING TO THE CLIP
While the worker did all that because the customer, who remained calm while her hair was being cut off, didn’t have money to pay for her job, several people consider that the way the hairdresser reacted was not professional at all.
Some people suggested that banning the woman from coming back to that salon and making the rest of the customers to pay up front would have been a better option. Others, however, defended the worker saying that she had “every right” to cut it as what the customer did was called theft of services.
UNKNOWN OUTCOME
So far, it is not clear whether or not the police handled the situation. The truth is that the hairdresser didn’t seem to feel remorse as she was even laughing reaching the end of the clip.
A SIMILAR INCIDENT
It is not the first time that something similar takes places as Mia Buchanan, the owner of Uniq Hair in Brisbane, Australia, posted on social media the story about a lady who walked out of her salon without paying $750 owed.
In the post that Mia did to try to identify the “thief,” she revealed that they spent four hours giving her full head extensions, color corrections, and some other procedures worth it in around $750.
Before paying, she told Mia that she would “quickly move her car,” but she didn’t return to pay. One of the worst aspects of it is that the client provided false information about her – name, address, phone number – so it was impossible for Mia to contact her.
