Viral photo of 7 American officers posing with their babies born within 6 months of each other
The Police Department in Georgetown Kentucky had their very own baby boom.
Kentucky State Police was astounded to discover that no less than seven of their state troopers were about to become dads, all at the same time.
Well, almost. The due dates for the seven babies were at the most 6 months apart, and that is pretty close.
“When one of the wives realized that they were all having babies, she wanted to capture it. She thought it was therapeutic.”

SEVEN BABIES FOR SEVEN STATE TROOPERS
One of the expectant moms realized they were faced with a unique opportunity, and she had a brilliant idea.
As soon as the seventh baby was born, the families got together for a unique photo shoot, and invited professional photographer Vicky Puckett to take up the challenge.
The cutest of the photos are undoubtedly those of five baby girls and two baby boys snuggled up in the arms of their big strong dads.
TINY TOTS IN UNIFORMS
The mothers had tiny identical outfits made for the babies, so they could be in uniforms, just like their dads.
The oldest baby was 6 months old, and the youngest was just 8 days old at the time of the shoot, and keeping all seven tots happy and smiling was a huge task for Puckett.
ADORABLE PHOTOS OF DADS AND BABIES
In some of the photos, Puckett captured the babies in the arms of their Policemen fathers, and in others, she photographed the seven families together.

THE PHOTOS GO VIRAL ON SOCIAL MEDIA
As cute as the photos turned out to be, and as adorable as the babies are, no one expected the pics to go viral.
Puckett posted the photos on social media where they were shared hundreds of times.

A FORMER POLICE OFFICER SAVED A BABY GIRL'S LIFE
A former police officer leaped into action when he realized a baby was in danger.
Retired sheriff's officer Steve Eckel was in the parking lot of a Kohl’s department store in Howell Township, New Jersey when he saw a baby locked in a hot car, with all the windows closed.
According to Ecke the baby was "sweating, crying, eyes rolling back,” and the former policemen took immediate action.
He called 911 to report the occurrence, then smashed in the front passenger window and pulled the baby out of the sweltering car.
The baby girl's body temperature was above 100 degrees when the paramedics arrived on the scene. If Eckle hadn't rescued her, she would have died.
The baby's mother, Karen B. Gruen, was arrested and has been charged with child endangerment.
