The 48-year-old proved that time has done wonders for her, rocking a tapered haircut that makes her natural black curls add an edgy touch to her appearance. Roman also rocked silver hoop earrings and a soft makeup that enhanced her facial features and gorgeous smile.

“Loving who I’m becoming and moving gracefully,” she captioned the pic.

Fans couldn’t stop gushing about Tami’s good looks on the comment section. One user wrote:

“You killing them girl with that boss cut and your pretty face. Keep doing the damn thing!!!”

Another added,

“You look vibrant and healthy Tami. So happy for where your life & career is going! You are amazing!”

And a third one chimed in to say,

“Luv the curly look. Soo proud to see this new person you are becoming. Keep up your best work; your bonnet chronicles are positive and empowering.”

The comments have a striking difference from the ones Roman was receiving last year, as she started to show off a slimmer figure on social media. Back then, some fans expressed their worry about Tami’s weight loss, but trolls took advantage of the situation to spew nasty comments about Roman’s figure.

"We're seeing people in their 30s dropping dead of heart attacks. People really need to make a conscious decision. It won't be instant. It takes you time to gain the weight; it'll take time to lose it."

However, the 48-year-old actress and mother of two fired back to haters with an Instagram post where she explained the reason behind her sudden weight loss. She wrote:

“I didn’t lose weight; I lost my willingness to die. DIABETES IS NO JOKE! I Detox, suppress my appetite and make better food choices. So enjoy yourself laughing, leaving negative comments & calling me a “crackhead”...but I have two beautiful daughters, and I’m gon’ live for them by ANY means necessary.”

Roman also told Shape magazine that she took the conscious decision of changing her lifestyle after being diagnosed with diabetes. She started with 10 minutes workouts that soon became 30 minutes ones. She also changed her diet and focused on making healthier food choices.

"We're seeing people in their 30s dropping dead of heart attacks," she said. "People really need to make a conscious decision. It won't be instant. It takes you time to gain the weight; it'll take time to lose it."

Although her status on the upcoming season of “Basketball Wives” is still uncertain after she walked out the set in the show’s last reunion, Roman has kept herself busy with many other projects.

She had a role in the BET film “Fall Girls,” debuted her rap alter ego Tatiana Trill, keeps working on her Tidal series “Bonnet Chronicles” and is reportedly working with Snoop Dogg to create a late-night variety show.

“If I go back, certain changes would have to be made for me to be comfortable in that environment," she told Entertainment Tonight about the possibility of returning to “Basketball Wives.” "But we're still in talks. I don't necessarily know if I'll return, but we are talking about how everyone can be comfortable in that environment."
